The TWS Slider Lite is a strong yet lightweight, spring-resisted platform for providing exercise for rehabilitation of musculoskeletal pain.
With over 30 years of clinical experience and particular expertise in the management of hip, groin and lumbo-pelvic pain and dysfunction, Dr Alison Grimaldi publishes and online courses and practical workshops for physiotherapists and other health and exercise professionals. These are available as stand-alone learning opportunities, whilst also being featured in Hip Academy, an online learning portal combining all hip courses with a multitude of other useful resources in a one easy-to-use platform.
